The Tharawal Parents & Citizens Association (P&C) exists to support the school in empowering every student to reach their potential as resilient, creative and responsible lifelong learners.
The P&C thrives on the skills, ideas and energy of volunteers like you. Any parent or carer of a Tharawal student, and any citizen within the school community, is welcome and encouraged to join.
What we do
The P&C runs the school canteen and the uniform shop. We also organise a number of fundraising activities throughout the year to raise money for school equipment and programs.
When we meet
The P&C meets twice a term in week 3 and week 8. The meetings are held at 7pm in person in the school staffroom and online.
We encourage people to come along (even if you’re not yet a member), learn how we’re supporting the school and get involved in the community.

How you can join us
We’re always looking for new volunteers and new ideas. You have skills that can benefit the community! Join us at an upcoming P&C meeting or reach out at hello@tharawalpandc.org.au.
Volunteering is a great way to get involved in your child’s education, connect with the school community and it’s also lots of fun.
If you’re not already a P&C member, you can join for a $1 donation using the Qkr! app. Membership lasts until the end of the next AGM (held in March of each year).
